Product C · A guide for the solo builder

One person.
One offer.
Seven days.

The hardest part is rarely making another page or prompt. It is deciding who needs your help and what small result they would pay for. This guide helps you find that answer before you build more.

A note from Andrey

You can make almost anything now. Choosing what matters still takes judgment.

I began developing these workflows to help Shaila spend more time on ChroMaxStudio design, then refined agents across portfolio businesses. The useful lesson was not to build a larger machine first. It was to find the work that deserved one.

If you are moving between an agency idea, an app, and a course, start smaller: one buyer, one painful moment, and a promise you can actually keep. Let AI help draft. Own the final result.

The method

Person → Pain → Promise → Product

Work in that order. A format is not a buyer, and a product is not evidence of demand.

01

Person

Describe a buyer you can reach and understand.

02

Pain

Study repeated questions, alternatives, and conversations.

03

Promise

State one improvement plainly and test whether it lands.

04

Product

Choose the smallest useful answer you can deliver well.

The seven-day plan

A schedule for learning, not a promise of income.

Use the week to collect evidence, make a useful first version, and see what people actually do.

01

Listen for a problem

Collect the language buyers use. Check alternatives and ask what is still missing.

02

Choose one person

Write a buyer card and a promise they can explain back to you.

03–04

Make the useful part

Let AI help with structure and drafts. Check each claim and add your examples.

05–07

Package, share, learn

Test the file and sales note, share with a relevant group, and learn from responses.

The guide includes a buyer card, demand-research exercise, offer template, drafting prompts, and launch checklists. AI can help prepare work; you approve every send, submission, and payment.

THE NEXT STEP 02 / BLUEPRINT

From one offer to an operating system

When the work grows, open Blueprint.

The $97 Blueprint explains agent roles, model routing, memory, setup choices, and operating practices. Your eligible $27 guide purchase gives one $27 credit; the private upgrade link in your delivery email charges $70.

One guide credit per Blueprint. Buying both guides does not stack credits. Spark subscriptions are separate.

Another job, another entrance

Already managing a team?

Seven Workflows gives an existing business an order for recurring work, named owners, backups, handoffs, and weekly QA. Spark is a separate live Telegram agent for $19/month.

Company-wide systems

Need to connect the whole business?

Alien Cortex develops aBOS around owners, weekly QA, and human approval. Luminary buyers receive 5% off Alien Cortex plus eligible Luminary purchase credit.

Before you buy

Practical answers

Do I need to sell a $27 product?

No. The guide uses a small information product as a working example. Set a price that matches your buyer and what you can deliver.

Does this install an agent?

No. This is a decision-and-launch guide. Spark is the live Telegram agent; Blueprint is the deeper architecture guide.

Will it guarantee customers or revenue?

No. It gives you a process for researching demand and testing an offer. Outcomes depend on your work and market.
