Because we handle inference for you. Your Spark agent process runs on Luminary infrastructure, and we route LLM calls through carefully selected providers on our enterprise account. You get a consistent experience without managing API keys, billing, or model selection. Each customer gets a daily allowance of agent activity included in the $19/mo — plenty for typical personal use.
What model powers my agent?
We currently use a mix of high-quality open-weight models routed dynamically based on task complexity (smart routing, optimized for both speed and capability). The exact model selection is managed by Luminary and may evolve as new models become available. If you want full control over model choice — including running everything on your own hardware at zero recurring cost — that is what Tier 1+ delivers.
Is the Spark really private?
Your conversations are not used to train any models, and we do not share or sell user data. Your agent\u2019s memory is isolated to your account. However: it is managed cloud infrastructure, not air-gapped local hardware. If you handle highly sensitive material (financial records, legal documents, confidential client data), the architecturally air-gapped CFO/Bookkeeper at Tier 1+ is the right tool — that is why those agents only ship on the local tiers, by patent design.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel from your Stripe customer portal anytime. We keep a snapshot of your agent\u2019s memory for 30 days after cancellation. If you re-subscribe in that window, your agent comes back exactly as it was. After 30 days, the snapshot is permanently deleted.

Can I migrate to local hardware later?

The cloud agent gets retired and the local one takes over, with the full 16-agent business OS now alongside it.
